Zora, an Ethereum-based token and NFT platform specializing in blockchain and artificial intelligence tools, has filed a lawsuit against Deloitte Consulting in a New York federal court. The suit alleges that Deloitte's generative AI services product, named "Zora AI," infringes on Zora's trademark rights. This legal action follows other recent trademark infringement claims in the AI and blockchain sectors, including a separate lawsuit filed by IYO against OpenAI and others for "willful" trademark infringement and unfair competition.
