What is Space Doodles NFT?

The Space Doodles were a collection which was intrinsically related to the Doodles NFT popular collection. Each Space Doodle is unique and corresponds to a particular Doodle from the original group of 10,000. They are rendered using a combination of over 200 audiovisual and on-chain stats that determine various aspects of the spaceship, such as the nearest planet type, the matter emitted from its thruster, and the sector it is travelling in. The release of Space Doodles marked the beginning of the Doodles' journey through space.

To obtain a Space Doodle, holders of the original Doodle collection must were transferred their selected Doodle into a smart contract. The smart contract then wrapped the Doodle into a Doodle Space token, which can be used to explore the cosmos. However, holders can always dock their Space Doodle and receive their corresponding Doodle at any time. There are 30 unique spaceship types with variations throughout the generative collection, each with its own set of traits that determine the characteristics of the space journey.

The Space Doodles rarity and traits

Space Doodles is a generative collection of unique spaceship-themed NFTs with 30 different spaceship types, each having its own variations. While the rank is set at 1 for all Doodles and is progress-able through future experiences, the rarities for each stat (excluding rank) are determined by rolling a 256 sided dice, with a chance of getting the highest rarity at 1/256 and the lowest at 1/2.

The rarity of each stat plays a crucial role in determining the value of a Space Doodle. The higher the rarity of a stat, the more valuable the Doodle becomes. The chance of getting a Doodle with all stats at the highest rarity is incredibly low, making them the most sought-after and the rarest of them all.
